Wash if needed

We begin with a mildicide pressure wash to remove and prevent the growth of moss and mildew, and to remove dirt and grime.

Surface Prep

Based on your proposal, all loose paint is scraped and all glossy areas are scuff sanded. All gaps are caulked to prevent water intrusion.

Commercial Exterior Painting

Paint

Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish.

Clean

Inspection is the final step. Each job is inspected to make sure all areas are covered to the customer's satisfaction. If any touch-ups are necessary they are completed at this time.

Set-up

Furniture is moved away from walls. All outlet covers are removed and fixtures are either removed or covered. Flooring, windows, and furniture are masked and covered.

Prepare

Based on your requests, holes and cracks in ceilings and walls are filled; stains are sealed. and surfaces are scuff sanded.

Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish.

Clean

As part of our clean-up procedures the furniture is moved back, fixtures are either uncovered or replaced. Carpets and flooring are cleaned. We always leave homeowner some touch-up paint.
